caress: deal with something in a careful and gentle way.

clerk: an office worker who keeps records, types letters, does filing, etc.

ease: the state of feeling comfortable because one has no worries or problems.

fondle: deal with something very slowly and carefully.

foreman: someone who is in charge of a group of workers.

grasp: understand something clearly.

hangar: a large building in which aircraft are kept or repaired.

hedge: a row of bushes that form a fence around a field.

loafing: relaxing or doing nothing instead of working.

model: an example of the right way to do or achieve something.

perform: do or accomplish.

pieces, go to: become emotionally upset, figuratively as if breaking up into small fragments.

position: a good situation where something is possible.

steadied: made firmer in position or place.

wingtip: the very end of an airplane’s wing.

workload: the amount of work that someone must do.
