Nothing Stays The Same

Nothing in this universe stays the same. Things either get better or they get worse. They go up or they go down.

If you leave a car parked at the side of the road and never drive it or care for it, over time the car won’t run and will eventually fall apart.

Take another example—a tree. It’s either growing or it’s slowly dying.

Even things that seem unchangeable, such as a brick wall, if left alone long enough, will eventually crumble and fall.

The fact that something is either getting better or getting worse is part of life itself.

It doesn’t matter what the object is—whether a car, a tree, a wall or anything else—everything is always in some state of existence.

Existence means living or being. It is the way someone or something is.

These states of existence are called conditions.

Similarly, a person is also always in some state of existence, or condition. His condition is either getting better or getting worse.

Conditions further apply to groups. It could be his family, a club or team he belongs to, his business, his church, etc. A group can be of any size, from small to very large. And the groups a person is a part of are always in some state of existence. Further, the condition of that group is either getting better or getting worse.
