Look around and observe examples of how the various parts of communication are used or are not used in conversations. These parts include Intention, Attention, Duplication, Understanding and whether the people involved are actually being Cause or Effect. Continue to observe communications around you until you can easily see for yourself the various parts of communication in use and any parts that are absent or not being used correctly.
